How We Work As Your Loan Processor

Our mission is to work the same or better as the processor you would have in house.  Working as a team player with the loan officer we can and will close loans quickly.  For best results - this is how we like to work.

Broker emails completed POINT - along with the following items:

Refinance - copy of current mortgage statement, current insurance dec page, copy of most recent 2 pay stubs, copy of most recent 2 years W-2, 1040, and any business returns if applicable, most recent 2 months bank statements on all accounts, and escrow/title information and fees.
We will
review and pre-underwrite the documentation - We will create a compliant loan package for the loan officer to review and sign/date along with borrowers. With the package - there will be a needs list of all the items needed to submit and close the loan.

Purchase - along with the above information - the following is needed:  copy of complete purchase contract along with all signed and dated addendums - escrow/title fees along with contact information.  If currently own a property - please advise what the status will be on existing property.

We will work directly with the lender - escrow - borrowers (if loan officer prefers).

Loan officer will work with one processor to achieve the highest level of individual attention.

Closed files will be emailed to the broker within 3 days of closing.

Broker is responsible for processing fee - we can bill thru escrow.

We do NOT keep records of closed files.
