Our mission is to work the same or better as the processor you would have in the house. Working as a team player with the loan officer, we can and will close loans quickly. For best results - this is how we like to work.
Refinance - a copy of current mortgage statement, current insurance dec page, copy of most recent two pay stubs, copy of most recent two years W-2, 1040, and any business returns if applicable, most recent two months bank statements on all accounts, and escrow/title information and fees.
We will review and pre-underwrite the documentation - We will create a compliant loan package for the loan officer to review and sign/date along with borrowers. With the package - there will be a needs list of all the items needed to submit and close the loan.
Purchase - along with the above information - the following is needed: a copy of the complete purchase contract along with all signed and dated addendums - escrow/title fees along with contact information. If you currently own property - please advise what the status will be on the existing property.
We will work directly with the lender - escrow - borrowers (if the loan officer prefers).
The loan officer will work with one processor to achieve the highest level of individual attention.
Closed files will be sent via a secure link to broker
We do NOT keep records of closed files.
